何度か利用してましたが、先日スーツを預けたところ、汚れが全く落ちていない上にテカテカに、ズボンには大きな穴まで！しかもそれについて何の説明もなく、了承済みにされていました。
了承って、きちんと納得した上で使う言葉でしょう？まさかとは思いますが、預けた時に「けっこう汚れてますね～」と言ったのが説明だったなんて言わないですよね？という感じです。
もう二度と利用しようと思わないです。

I used it several times, but when I left my suit the other day, the dirt has not been removed at all, and it's shiny and even a big hole in my pants! And without any explanation about it, it was accepted.
Acknowledgment, would you use it after consenting? I guess it's true, but don't say that it was an explanation that you said "I'm pretty dirty" when you deposited it, right? It is like that.
I do not want to use it again.
