a	a s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直星１もつけたくありません。 SUUMOから物件問い合わせ電話をしたところ男性スタッフが応対してくださったのですが、業界用語？のような発言があったため質問したところ電話をガチャ切りされました。誤って切られたのかと思いましたが、その後折り返しはありませんでした。電話に出た際からやる気のない喋り方をするスタッフだったのですが、客として問い合わせ電話をしてガチャ切りされたのは初めての経験でした。二度と利用したくありません。 To be honest, I don't want to add 1 star. ド	ドラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い対応。予定をすっぽかす。ある物件の見学を13時に予約した。現地集合だった為電車を乗り継いで急いで現地に行くが、どれだけ待っても担当者が来ない。会社に電話してみると、「予定入っていたのを忘れてた。19時まで空いてないから19時まで待つか、また予約取って自分の足で来い」と。 19時まで現地で待てって、頭おかしいのですか？車での送迎はコロナ対応の為やっていないとのこと。苦労して現地まで行って、物件の中身を見ずそのまま帰るという、無駄な1日を過ごした。その後、謝罪の電話も何もない。調べてみると、この会社は2017年設立後、名前を3回、所在地を2回変更している。怪しい会社。この会社から物件買わなくてよかった。 A terrible response.
