★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信用できない業者。何があったのか不明ですがまず保証人へ書類を送ったとの連絡をしてきたにも関わらず実際は送っていない無責任な担当者。その後も途中から連絡が不通となりました。急いでいたため内覧不要で申し込んだのですが責任者から色々と理由をつけられ入居時期を遅らせて内覧をするよう迫られ（内覧不要の誓約書を書いた後にも関わらず）結果的に個人情報だけ抜かれたような形になりました。もちろん途中から連絡とれなかった為別の業者にて物件を決めました。入居予定日の数日前くらいに責任者から電話ありましたが、何を今更という感じです。店舗に行った際の接客対応は気持ちの良いもだっただけに残念です。
 Untrustworthy trader. I don't know what happened, but the irresponsible person who did not actually send the documents even though he contacted the guarantor first. After that, I couldn't get in touch with him. Since I was in a hurry, I applied for a preview without the need for a preview, but the person in charge gave me various reasons and was forced to delay the move-in time for a preview (even after writing a pledge that does not require a preview). It looks like only the information has been removed. Of course, I couldn't get in touch with him from the middle, so I decided on another company. I received a phone call from the person in charge about a few days before the scheduled move-in date, but I feel like what's happening now. It's a shame because the customer service when I went to the store was pleasant.
