★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モデルルームの見学に行って来ました。実際の場所からは離れています。土浦駅から3分の金額も2,400万からと手頃なマンションですが、完成するのは2023年の3月だそうです。駅近な上に、北関東一の図書館や大きな古書店、市役所が側にあります。そして充実した飲み屋街❗️東京に行く用事が少なくなれば土浦に住むのも良いかな〜と思います。土浦は霞ヶ浦に筑波山のお膝元。居ながらにしてリゾート気分が味わえます?
対応もとても丁寧でしたので、モデルルームの見学はオススメです。
