★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 登録に30万以上に加えて一部の例外を除き実質的に戸建の持ち家か多くの条件付で維持費の高い事務所が必要であることが説明会で判明しました。
会員の方は｢説明会に来てくれた人達は仲間だ｣との発言に対して質疑応答で｢自宅兼業と事務所を借りてる人の割合は？｣との質問に｢わかりません。統計を取ってないので｣と主催者として無責任な発言をしていた。会員が多く集まってる中で肌感覚くらいのアドバイスすらせずこれが｢仲間｣に対する態度とは驚きです。
また、高い事務所に関する障壁を設けておきながら、｢来店されるのは抵抗あるので相手の事務所に伺う、近くの喫茶店で打ち合わせする様にしてる｣と言うのであればレンタルオフィスどころかバーチャルオフィスで事足り、現に他の士業では実施されている。
さらに役員の方は｢ネットでは稼げないと言うヤカラがいるが放って置けば良い｣、｢巷のセミナーに比べれば研修が充実してるから会費は安い｣などの説明があるが少なくとも現役の行政書士会員が何人も集まっての説明会だったが内容はネットで無料レベルの内容だった。
この業界の平均年齢は約60歳、何の仕事してるか世間の認知が低い理由が理解できた。
ネットのヤカラの発言なので是非この内容も無視して頂ければ幸いです。
