★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに一年ほど住んでいるものです。住んでいる住人の多くが大学生だからなのか、周囲から深夜1時から早朝6時頃まで寝るのに支障をきたす程大きな声が聞こえて来ます。不動産管理会社に相談しましたが改善する様子はありません。駐輪場も夕方頃になると満車で、停めるところがない自転車は通路や屋根のない場所に停められたりすることがあります。家賃は大学生が住む不動産相場の平均程であることや飲食店などが立ち並ぶ国道に近い点などが唯一の利点だと思います。騒音に敏感な方や自転車が主な移動手段の方にはお勧めしにくい物件です。
 I have lived here for about a year. Perhaps because most of the residents who live there are college students, I hear loud voices from the surroundings that hinder my sleep from 1 am to 6 am. I consulted with a real estate management company, but there is no sign of improvement. Bicycle parking lots are full in the evening, and bicycles that have no place to park may be parked in places without aisles or roofs. I think the only advantages are that the rent is about the average of the real estate market where university students live and that it is close to the national highway where restaurants are lined up. This property is not recommended for people who are sensitive to noise or who mainly use bicycles as a means of transportation.
