5	555 knkm231 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な接客。購入した植物の状態がひと月足らずで悪くなり、今後の処置方を相談したところ見てもないのに即処分しかないだろうと言われた。状態を確認して欲しいと言ってもそんなサービスはしてないと。立場のある人から折り返し電話を依頼するも掛かって来ず。こちらから電話をすると保留ボタンと間違えたのか、切電された上に折り返しなし。再びこちらから電話するも何を勘違いしたのか店に責任が無いことの言い訳ばかり。客の話を聞かず一方的なので会話が成立してない。専門店なのに販売している植物について知識と責任が無さすぎる。二度と行かない。購入するならその後のケアなどの相談は期待しないで。売ったら売りっぱなし。 The lowest customer service.
