飛	飛行機好きゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間営業している店舗だがWEBチェックインと説明が簡略されるサービスがあるのに、8時台でもスタッフが一人しか対応せず結局は待たされる。説明も暗いし後から気付いたが1000ccでFITの車両が無いのに、平気でホームページに誇大表示させている。車両の傷のチェックが非常に甘くこちらの指摘で記載している… 返却時も客の動きを見ずに自分のペースで始めて、燃料満タン返却をしたが仙台市内で給油したのに遠いのでもっと近い場所と言うが。それなら近くのガソリンスタンドを予め何店舗か事前に示せよ。あまりにも不誠実だったので代表の0570の電話番号に掛けたら、カスタマーセンターへこちらがメモの上たらい回しされた。カスタマーセンターはこの件を伝えたら、謝罪どころか貴重なご意見と定型文で返してきた。まあ、この店舗がお客様大賞で選んでいるくらいだから。このニコニコレンタカーそのものの接客軽視がよく見受けれた事例だった。 Although the store is open 24 hours a day, there is a service that simplifies WEB check-in and explanations, but even at 8 o'clock, only one staff member is available and eventually waits.
