ここは、スタッフの対応にとても嫌な思いをしたし、ワイシャツをだしても襟ごが微妙にまがって返ってきます。たぶんハンガーに問題ありです。なのでスタッフさんにその事を伝えたら、こっちが言い切るまえに迷惑そうに被せて言ったことにかなりいらっとしました。「デラックスコースにしてください。少し高めのコースにすれば大丈夫だとおもいますよ。」流れ作業でやって、つまらない態度で接客をするスタッフにもとても頭にくるし、ワイシャツも出来栄えば普通コースじゃダメ。こんなとこ二度と使いたくないのですぐ大手のちゃんとしたクリーニングにかえました。

I was very disgusted with the staff's response here, and even if I put out my shirt, the collar was slightly bent and returned. Maybe there is a problem with the hanger. So when I told the staff about it, I was quite annoyed by what I said annoyingly before I said it. "Please make it a deluxe course. I think it's okay if you make it a little higher." It's very interesting to the staff who do the assembly line work and serve customers with a boring attitude, and if the shirts are good, the normal course is not good. I don't want to use it again, so I immediately switched to a major cleaning company.

会員登録に500円もかかるクリーニング店は私的には初めてでした。持ち込んだ際も「ドライクリーニングでいいですかー？」とまず一言言われたましたが私は職人ではないのでよくわかりません。職人が1番綺麗に出来ると思うものでしてもらえれば満足ですが、最初に何をするのをかを決めて料金は先払い制。受付の方も洗濯記号すら見ないで決めていくので本当にそれで良いのか不安ですが特にそれに関しては聞く耳もないようで、つっけんどんな対応に正直がっかりしました。

It was the first time for me to have a dry cleaner that costs 500 yen to register as a member. When I brought it in, I was first asked, "Is it okay to dry clean?", But I'm not a craftsman, so I'm not sure. I'm happy if the craftsmen can do what they think is the most beautiful, but the fee is prepaid after deciding what to do first. The receptionist also decides without even looking at the laundry symbol, so I'm worried whether it's really okay, but I didn't seem to hear about it in particular, and I was honestly disappointed with what kind of response I had.
