注意したら無視で会社に入っていき、目の前で渋滞しててもなにもせず談笑。
こんな会社ロクな仕事出来るわけない。

A habitual company for street parking.
If you are careful, ignore it and enter the company, chatting without doing anything even if there is a traffic jam in front of you.
