購入したら目の前で精米していただける訳ではなく、スーパーのように精米済みで小分けになっているものを販売しているようでした。
お米の種類もそんなにたくさんある訳ではなく(私が購入した時は、4～5種類でした)お米屋さんにしては、選択肢が少ないかなと感じてしまいました。
(もしかしたら、注文の仕方が悪いのかもしれませんが)
種類もあって、精米したてが欲しいなら、少し離れていますが雑色の水門通りにある山田屋精米店に行くかなと思います。

(Maybe the ordering method is wrong)
There are different types, and if you want to polish rice, I think you should go to the Yamadaya rice milling shop on Suimon Street, which is a little far away.
