S	SJ W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私にとっては中庭通るたびに気持ちいいと思ってますし、軽音の話は部屋によって違うかなと思います。物件自体には特に文句ありません。インターネットは、jcom使うと悪い思いをするのでやめた方がいいと思いました。jcom使って仕事に支障がありまくって結局回線変えました。 For me, every time I go through the courtyard, I feel comfortable, and I think the story of light music is different depending on the room. There is no particular complaint about the property itself. I think it's better to stop using jcom because it makes me feel bad about the internet. I used jcom and it hindered my work, so I changed the line after all.
高	高橋Shelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋の位置によりますが、時間帯により中庭の騒音が酷く反響しすぎて家中の扉や窓を閉めても丸聞こえです。奇声と叫び声でリモートワークの会議中に聞こえて顧客から注意を受ける始末。マンション内の共用部分は遊園地ではない。鬼ごっこは公園で遊ばせてください。建物全体的に防音に弱く、アパートレベルで音漏れします。トイレの流す音、お風呂で水を流す音がそれぞれ隣の寝室まで丸聞こえです。自分たちさえ楽しればルールや周囲の迷惑など考えない人も多く、親子共々やりたい放題で唖然とする光景を度々目にします… Depending on the location of the room, the noise in the courtyard reverberates so badly depending on the time of day that you can hear it even if you close the doors and windows throughout the house. 林	林木 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京葉線の快速が通ると説明されたが、実際時刻表を確認したら、京葉線の快速は朝の７時と８時代にない！！！通勤の時間に快速がないのに、快速通っているというのはやめてほしい。嘘ではないけど、ミスリードするし、都内への朝の通勤が不便。 It was explained that the Keiyo Line rapid train would pass, but when I checked the actual timetable, the Keiyo Line rapid train was not available at 7 and 8 in the morning! !! !! I want you to stop going fast even though you don't have a fast commute. It's not a lie, but it's misleading and it's inconvenient to commute to Tokyo in the morning.

It comes with all essential things needed it in the home today ( yes, that includes under floor heating!). Great for families. Most people living here are families with young children. There is an Elementary school on one side, a childcare on the other another and a park on another side to meet all the child’s needs. Close to a supermarket, post office, ward office, fire station and train station. Good sound insulation and I don’t hear noise from outside or neighbours that would cause any problems at all. The people that said about noise in other reviews must sit in silence with windows open waiting for something to complain about …or don’t live here. The central area is a nice place to play with small children in a safe environment but is always peaceful. Secure parking and security for the building. All in all, a very good, peaceful and nice place to live.
