★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京の外苑には及ばないものの、つくばを代表する銀杏並木。11月も半ばになると美しく黄色に染まる。下が石畳なので
並木だけではなく雰囲気が良い。人がいると、普通は風景にはネガティブに働くが、ここではベンチに腰掛ける人やそぞろ歩きをする人まで含めて絵画の一部となる。雄株だけを集めているのか、掃除が徹底しているのか、銀杏が全く落ちていないため、あの特有の臭いがしないのも印象が良い。
学園西大通り側からカフェ「ひだまり」に向かう参道（？）の両側に２列ずつ計4列あるが、北側２列が先に色付き、南側が色付く頃には北側２列は葉がかなり落ちるため、4列が全て一斉に色付くのを見ることは期待しにくい。それでも２列だけでも息を飲む程に美しい。

Not only the rows of trees but also the atmosphere is good. When there are people, they usually work negatively on the landscape, but here they are part of the painting, including those who sit on the bench and those who walk around. Whether it's collecting only male stocks or thorough cleaning, the ginkgo hasn't fallen at all, so it's impressive that it doesn't have that peculiar smell.
There are 4 rows in total, 2 rows on each side of the approach (?) From the Gakuen-Nishi-Odori side to the cafe "Hidamari", but the 2 rows on the north side are colored first, and by the time the 2 rows on the south side are colored, the leaves on the 2 rows on the north side will fall considerably. It's hard to expect to see all four rows colored all at once. Still, even just two rows are breathtakingly beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀杏並木がとてもきれいでした。区間は短いものの、左右に10本ほどずつ並んだ銀杏と、さらにその外側にも銀杏が並んでいる並木道です。通り全体が落ち葉で黄色の絨毯のようになっていました。
