Due to the half-sized size of 4 stories, it would be very expensive to request with scaffolding, so I asked for a quote for some companies that can do scaffolding, and the reply to the email is quick and the most reasonable. So I asked for it with half confidence. ・ Part of the wall is missing It was refused that this could not be done without a foothold in the other four companies. However, it should be possible in theory because it is only filled with mortar. It was actually possible because only Mr. Isamu could do it. It's been several months since the construction, but there is no problem. ・ Sealing I asked for the sealing of the bay window where I couldn't do it myself, but I was able to work without any problems. What surprised me when I looked at it secretly was that some windows had their old ceilings removed and sealed. (Since this property is glued on three sides, it is troublesome to remove it.) I thought it would be an extra hit because it was cheap, but I removed the parts that were possible. Wonderful. ・ About delivery date Unfortunately, it rained and it grew, but despite the fact that there are other sites, we were able to respond as much as possible. It's rare in this industry (sorry, but it's true), and there's no social etiquette or unnecessarily high demands for naive reasons. It was a trader who didn't want to be known to other building owners. (Because it's so popular that you can't ask for it lol) I am not a big customer, but I will continue to repeat problems.
