★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 校長先生はとても気さくであり、調理師になるために必要な知識・技能をしっかりと身につけられる環境が整っています。
2020年に新設された調理師学校であり、岩手県・宮城県の沿岸部で唯一の調理師専門学校です。
校内の設備は、新設されただけあってとても綺麗でした。また、地方の小規模な専門学校とは思えないほど近代的な設備が整備されています。
授業は在籍している教師だけでなく、モニターを通じて外部講師による授業も受けられるのに加えて、気仙沼市ならではのマグロの解体なども学べる充実の内容です。
2022年からは製菓・製パンコースが新設され、この地域では中々身につけられない技能を身につけられるようになるとのこと。
