清見台のヤックス前の精米機が閉鎖されたため難民となり、色々精米機を試している所で見つけました。比較的最近出来たばかりなので設備は非常に綺麗だし、中にご意見ノート的な物があり管理者の返信コメントもあるのでちゃんと管理されている感じはあります。除去シートまで置いてあったので初めは好印象でした。しかし、肝心の精米機が恐らく低温精米機でない？？これまで試したどの精米機よりも精米されて出てきた米が熱い！一度に30kgを精米する当方としては、袋に入れた白米がいつまでも冷めないのはかなり不満です。これでは白米のでんぷん質が劣化してしまい味が落ちます。場所柄車を停めるスペースも近くに確保しにくいため、近所の人が少量をサッと精米するにはちょうどいいかと思います。ですので自分の評価は星２つ。

The rice that has been milled is hotter than any other rice milling machine I have tried so far! For me, who polish 30 kg of rice at a time, it is quite unsatisfactory that the white rice in the bag never cools. This will deteriorate the starch quality of the white rice and reduce the taste. Since it is difficult to secure a space to park a car in the vicinity, I think it would be good for neighbors to quickly polish a small amount of rice. So my rating is two stars.
