J	Jayhtg K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで工事費込みのエアコンを購入。当日になって、難しいややこしい作業なので材料費等追加料金4万プラス消費税と言われて驚きましたが、早く取り付けて欲しかったので、仕方がないと思っていたところ、今度はスタッフ1人では対応できないと言い出し日にちを改めて来ると言われ。工事も3ー4時間かかると言う始末。それは困るとごねていると会社の人間から電話があり謝罪の言葉もなく、繁忙期なので仕方がないと。「翌週の平日ならなんとかなる」と。電話の口調は上から目線でチンピラもどき。役にたちそうにないので工事の若者には帰ってもらい、ネットでちゃんとしたプロの業者さんを探したところ尼崎で誠実そうな会社を発見。直ぐ来て頂き約1時間半ほどで工事は終了。基本工事を入れてもこの悪徳業者の半額で取り付けて頂けました。もちろんネット販売されたモールからは基本工事の返金がありました。良心的で誠実な本物のプロの会社を見つけられて良い勉強になりました。今後はネットで品物だけを購入し、プロの会社に自分で工事依頼します。 Purchase an air conditioner that includes construction costs online. し	しゃかすーぱー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詐欺業者です。引越し屋の下請けで、ここの業者が来たらぼったくりだと思って間違いありません。取り外し時に、取り付けに最低3万かかりますと言われ、実際見積もりを上げると7万でした。引っ越し屋には別途お金を支払っています。話し方も、態度もめちゃくちゃ。おまけに取り外し時に、ホースのところのプラスチックを割られ、説明を求めるとこれは劣化なのでしょうがないという回答。退去時に大家さんから破損として請求されました。住所も知られており関わりたくないので連絡はしてませんが、今まで利用したサービスの中でもダントツ最悪でした。また、設置に関しては再利用出来る部材まで新たな部品に交換する見積りになっており、説明もなくこの金額でないと設置できないと言われたので、断り帰ってもらい別の業者で見積もりを上げ直すと3万で設置できました。買う必要のない部品や、実際必要なホースの長さが25cm程度だったにも関わらず40センチになっており、複数台不必要な部品を買わされる所でした。こんな不信感のある業者には、どんな安いお金だったとしても、エアコンの設置はしてほしくないです。違う業者に聞くと、大型の量販店などで下請けとしても使ってもらえなくなるクレームの多い業者が結局は引っ越し業者の下請けになるそうです。 I'm a scammer.
