★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮高校側のトヨタさん。車で入ると毎回必ず店員さんが外までお出迎えに来てくれます。店内サービスも良いですし明るい感じのディーラーさん。緊急の際にもとても良く対応してくださいました。お店自体はちょっと古いのかな？けど、それを補ってあり余るサービスがあります。
Toyota on the Omiya High School side. Every time you enter by car, the store clerk will greet you outside. The in-store service is good and the dealer looks bright. We responded very well in case of emergency. Is the store a bit old? But there are extra services that make up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯を近くのショップで機種変しようとしました。料金体系の説明を求めると、そんなことも知らないのかと言わんばかりに鼻で笑われ、説明もなく、悔しい思いをしました。車の販売店だけど、ここでも機種変をしてもらえるかなと、すがるように問い合わせたら、、、。まあ、なんと親切な対応！！小さなことも、丁寧に調べて教えてくれて、感動しました。機種変だけなのに、店長まで名刺を持って挨拶にきてくれました。久々にサービス精神というものに触れられ、心が温まりました。これから、ずっと機種変はこちらでさせてもらいます。車もTOYOTAに買い替えたいくらいだけど、今のところ変えたい車がないので、これからに期待します。店舗が新しくなって良いですね！

I was impressed by the fact that she carefully examined and taught me about even small things. Even though it was only a model change, the manager came to say hello with a business card. After a long time, I was touched by the spirit of service and my heart warmed. From now on, I'll keep changing models here. I would like to buy a new car for TOYOTA, but I don't have a car to change so far, so I'm looking forward to it. It is good that the store is new!
