接客などは良いと思います。カットなど技術力も思った通りにカットなっています。
ただ店長かわからないけど、一部の店員がやる気が感じられない！！
それを改善すれば良いと思います。

入るなり男の従業員は愛想はないし、ぶっきらぼう
訳ありで相談がてらにいったのに冷たくあしらわれた！
親身さはなんもなく、カットもテキトー。
ささっとやって終わり、なに！
いくら訳ありでも、客の立場考えて欲しい！
なにが、直した方がいいですよ！なんて上から目線でいわれなきゃいけない？
それは本人がわかってることなのに、かなりひどい！

中国人みたいなハゲのおっさんにあたると最悪。
チェンジしました。客のカットそっちのけで自分の制服に付いた髪を必要以上にはらってました。何故床屋にいるのか不明でした。あと臭いし。
あと、後ろを刈り上げてもうなじに一本だけ長い髪を残される嫌がらせ？を店員によってやられます。正直、やることなすこと面白いです。
社員教育を徹底したらどうでしょう！
