★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの自転車の前輪がパンクしたので見てもらったらタイヤごと変えなければいけないと言われ、帰ってきた自転車を見たら前輪は治っていましたがカゴ切られて外れてガタガタになっていました。前輪のタイヤはその時は治ってましたが、半年も経たないうちにまたすぐダメになりました。子どもに修理し終わった自転車を1人で取りに行かせたのでその時は気づかなくて文句言えませんでしたがパンク直して欲しかったのにカゴを壊されてとても気分が悪いです。もう絶対利用したくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクしたのでついでにタイヤ交換、ブレーキパッド、ワイヤー交換。タイヤはワンランク上の国産のタイヤに交換。タイヤ交換は4300円（通常のだと3300円）、ブレーキパッドとワイヤー交換は1800円。タイヤ交換の値段はこんな物かなと、ブレーキパッドとワイヤー交換がちょっと高いかなと思いました。ご主人の対応は至って普通。なので評価が分かれているのは相性のせいなのかなと思いました。ここで買った自転車ではなかったけど普通に対応してくれましたよ。ホームセンターに持っていくよりは良いと思います。街の自転車屋さんは大事にしたいです。
