古典落語をネタに落語界全般・東海地区の興業状況などを説明してくれている。今までに、何本か、カセットや、CDを聴いていたこともあり、なかなか面白い。
Attendance at Kakamigahara Citizen's Lecture "Rakugo no Iroha". The instructor is a teacher "per kitchen".
He explains the general rakugo world and the business situation in the Tokai area, using classic rakugo as a material. I've listened to some cassettes and CDs so far, so it's quite interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気の場所です。様々な関係の部署が施設が中にはあります。近くには市役所もあり、駅も近くで交通の便も良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は3時間まで無料です。以降60分100円で上限600円です。通常であればセンター前及びすぐ西側の駐車場が使えますが、あまり台数は置けません。
混雑時は300mほど北に市民公園「学びの森」の大きめの駐車場があります。料金は同様です。
Parking is free for up to 3 hours. After that, 100 yen for 60 minutes will be 600 yen. Normally, you can use the parking lot in front of the center and on the west side, but you can't put too many cars.
When crowded, there is a large parking lot in the Municipal Park "Gakunomori" about 300m north. The price is the same.

毎年確定申告会場になるが、その際は周辺道路を巻き込み混雑が凄まじい。もちろん内部も大変な事になっている。

It becomes a final tax return venue every year, but at that time, the surrounding roads are involved and the congestion is terrible. Of course, the inside is also a big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最上階にある展望レストランは、天気が良ければ景色を眺めながらの食事が出来ます。
ランチの価格は少し高めですが、品数も多くて値段に合った料理でお腹いっぱいになります。
ドリンクやデザートも豊富で、ソフトクリームは自分で操作します。
足で踏みながら片手でコーンにソフトクリームを巻くのは中々難しいですが、面白い体験で楽しかったです。
席も沢山あり、次回もまた伺いたいです。
ただ、トイレが古くてウォシュレットが無いのと、駐車場の台数が少ないので、近くのピアゴに駐めたりしないとダメですねー。
The observation restaurant on the top floor allows you to dine while admiring the scenery if the weather is nice.
The price of lunch is a little high, but there are many items and you will be full with dishes that match the price.
There are plenty of drinks and desserts, and you can control the soft serve ice cream yourself.
It's difficult to wrap soft serve ice cream around a cone with one hand while stepping on it, but it was an interesting experience and I enjoyed it.
There are many seats, and I would like to visit again next time.
However, the toilets are old and there is no washlet, and the number of parking lots is small, so you have to park in nearby Piago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピアゴ各務原那加店より徒歩約５分、各務原市役所前駅すぐ。６階にまちづくり推進課ってのがあったけど、そこの職員の対応がちょっと冷たかったのが残念でなりませんわ。
About a 5-minute walk from the Piago Kakamigahara Naka store, right next to Kakamigahara City Hall Station. There was a town development promotion section on the 6th floor, but it's a pity that the staff there was a little cold.
