店内の雰囲気もよく担当の方も気さくな方で楽しくお部屋探しができました。
またお申込予定が他社様で既にお申込みが入ってしまいましたが
担当の方が親身になり最後までお付き合いいただき、無事希望物件が
見つけることができました。
専属物件も多くお勧めの店舗です。

あまりにも業務が非効率かつ優先順位付けができていない。社員教育も管理もしていない。
内見する物件と駐車場の位置、鍵の隠し場所を全く把握しておらず、土地勘のないこちらがナビをして鍵を見つけてあげる必要がある。
客を30分待たせても平気で別の接客をする。
歩いて５分の物件に車を出す。運転が下手で駐車に何分も掛かる。
200円の駐車料金を節約するために事前の一言もなく20分間道路で待たされる。
東京からの訪問だから効率よく内見をと事前説明しているのに、１時間で済む内容に４時間奪われた。ここまで客の時間を奪うことに何の目的があるのか。
