ブ	ブラッドハウンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コッテリではないカレー店。クリーム、バターなど結構、油を使う印象の強いカレーですが、油がキツくない優しい味。カレーライスがなく、ほぼナン一本なのもこだわりなのか…と思ったら写真にライスがないだけでした。私の見落とし? ナンもライスもお変わり無料。ランチが700〜900円くらいの価格帯で基本のセットを頼めるので通いやすい。 4名テーブル×3とカウンター5席ほどのこじんまりとしたレイアウトもアットホーム。 ?チキン甘めです。シーフードや野菜カレーは甘いタイプもありますが、甘めのチキンは初めてでした。スパイスもマイルドなのでお子さんでも食べやすいかも？？ ?マトンクミン、キャラウェイ、カルダモン、八角など爽やか系スパイス。食べにくいほどではないよい塩梅でした。 ?ほうれん草&チーズとろけるチーズどばーでした。ほうれん草のカレーは「色は濃いけどほうれん草入っているかな？」事が多いかなと。しかし、ほうれん草だなと分かる味で美味しかったです。 ?チーズナンちょっと甘いです。少しハチミツが入っているかもしれません。マトンみたいなスパイシーなタイプと相性が良かったです。 ?サラダよくあるクミンドレッシングかなと思ったら、にんじんドレッシングでした。シャリシャリ感としっかりとした酸味もあり、自家製でしょうか？ A curry shop that is not Kotteri.
