優しく楽しい大将（21年11月24日訪問時に72歳でした）が、マイペースで営む良いお店。
JR松江駅から歩いて4〜5分程度。
路地裏の目立たないお店ですが、行く価値ありの隠れた名店です。
旅好きの大将と旅談義はとても楽しく、色々な旅情報を教えていただきました。
旅好き大将故、ちょくちょく不定休なので、ご注意ください。
どれを食べてもハズレなし。
近くなら通いたいお店です！
ご飯物はなく、炭水化物系はうどんです。
大将またいつかお目にかかりましょう！
Delicious, cheap and interesting!
