渋皮煮作りは毎年秋のお楽しみですが、他の栗で同じ様に作っても、同じ様にはなりません。
作った渋皮煮は毎年お世話になった方にも差し上げて、とても喜んでいただいています。皆さんにとっても秋のお楽しみのようです。
I get silver chestnuts from mail order every year for the past few years and make astringent skin boiled, but I think it is a really wonderful chestnut.
