★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々はジャスコ平田店の店舗でしたが、撤退から数年後に今の運営母体に。1階がメイン店舗である食料品スーパーのホック、他は100円ショップなど専門店のテナントがチラホラ。地元の農産物の売場やフードコートもあります。スーパーは自分が行った時は平日午前中でしたが、売り出しの日だったのか、地元の方(主に中高年層)が多く買い物に来てました。
ゲームコーナーは既に無くなって、畳が敷かれたチビッ子の遊び場スペースになってました。撤収を控えたクレーンゲームの筐体が放置されてる状態に。
2階は元々はジャスコの売場で、撤退後はテナントの出入りも激しいらしく、今は閑散とした状態?レクリエーション(卓球台やグランドゴルフなど)スペース、明光義塾やパソコン教室、保育園、補聴器ショップ、ダンスなどの教室を展開。
外には山陰合同銀行のATMもあります。少々分かりづらい場所にありますが…。
