★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと紅葉の時期を外したみたいだけどまだ観れた。天気が良かったので滝までゆっくり歩いて景色を満喫できた。
 It looks like it's a bit off the autumn leaves, but I still can see it. Because the weather was nice, we could enjoy the scenery by walking slowly to the waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔は賑やかだったのでしょう。面影はありますが、寂れ感は否めないですね。昔ながらのお店で食事しましたが、1時間位待たされました。しかも激マズ!!
It must have been lively in the past. There is a look, but I can not deny the feeling of loneliness. We had a meal in an old-fashioned shop but waited for about an hour. Moreover, it's super masage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 養老の滝までは約30分程度だが、結構な坂で大変。靴はスニーカーなどがベスト。
なお、養老の滝の駐車場は300円となるが、少し先の楽市楽座・公園の駐車場は無料なので、そちらに駐車することをおすすめするよ。滝までの時間・疲れを考えるのであれば、滝に近い駐車場もあるが、土日は1000円となる。
It's about 30 minutes to Yoro Falls, but it's hard on a pretty slope. The best shoes are sneakers.
The parking lot at Yoro Falls is 300 yen, but the parking lot at Rakuichi Rakuza / Park is free, so we recommend that you park there. If you think about the time and fatigue to the waterfall, there is a parking lot close to the waterfall, but it costs 1000 yen on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is anchored by a stream, the highlight being the Yoro Falls, about a 800m walk/hike once u reach the park. Both sides of the stream in the park feature lush greenery and the path to the Falls is lined with shrines, a temple and small cafes and restaurants. Though reminiscent of the usual souvenir streets leading up to temples etc this one is of a much smaller scale. Its well worth the effort getting to it! Admittedly I visited in WINTER (Feb) so the sakura trees havent bloomed yet...imagine the sight when all of them are in bloom! This would be a great picnic spot when the cherry blossoms flower!
