星	星王子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この間会社の研修で、ここのSA研修を受けました。参加する前は本当に憂鬱でした。ここの研修の第２検索キーワードが洗脳とか宗教とかそんなんばっかだったからです。でも実際に参加してみたら普段なかなか気づかないことにも気づき、本当にいい研修だったと思っています。ただ、グーグル検索だけだと誤解が多い研修でもあるので、自分なりに感じたことを研修内容に触れない範囲で書いていきます。 ※あくまで個人の主観です。 ◆「日創研の研修は宗教？」まず宗教ではありません。日創研のHP見ていただいたらわかるのですが、上場企業の経営者のセミナーもかなりの数あります。そんな宗教じみた会社なら上場企業の経営者がセミナー講師なんて引き受けるはずがないですから。 ◆「洗脳される？」少なくともぼくは洗脳ではないと思います。ただ僕が受けたSA研修は気づきの多い研修なので人によってはそのように考える方もいるのかもしれません。うちの職場で最も業績を上げて給料を多くもらっている方はここの研修を受けてますし、この研修を受けてから「なんか明るくなったな」と、いい意味で変わった方はかなりいます。ここの研修が洗脳だというなら、それは幸せになれる洗脳です。そんな洗脳なら、いっそ洗脳されたほうがいいんじゃないか？と思います。ちなみに「３日間一切寝させてもらえない」「3日間ずっと講師から罵詈雑言を言われ続ける」みたいなことはありませんので、ご安心を。 During this time, I received SA training here as a company training. 田	田中太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔、社員研修で受けました。悪い噂も聞きますが、言われていることは「周りの人への感謝を忘れずに」とか「嫌いな人にもいいところはある。そこを見ましょう」のような至極まっとうなことばかりです。ただ、ヒーリング系の音楽が流れていたり、研修のアシスタントが異常にハイテンションな為、どこか宗教臭さがあるため、洗脳とか言われるのでしょう。まぁ実際３日間で人を変えようと思ったら、洗脳に近い手法も使わないといけないのもわかりますが。個人的に思うのは研修を受けた社員がすごく変わったなとは思いませんでしたし、私自身変わったのは最初の１ヶ月くらいだけでした。なのでネットで言われているほど、洗脳っぽい感じではないですが、日創研に行けば変われるというわけではないです。やはり社員次第ですね。 A long time ago, I received it through employee training. b	biwako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 講師の話し方や喋り方が合わなかった。『学び』と言いながら、とにかくやれ、行動しろ、素直になれ、頑張れといった精神論を時間をかけて何度も説明されてる気分でした。数字で物事や結果を説明できないブラック企業向けのありがちな時代遅れなセミナーに正直お金を無駄にしました。コロナ禍でオンラインセミナーのため施設費がかからない分、平成の時代と同じ講習を繰り返すのではなく、もっと参加費と時代背景に見合った有益な情報や実例を元に講習内容を柔軟に変更すべきだと思います。多くの参加者がこの講習内容に価値があったと言えるのは、恐らくですがこれまで自身の信念や生き方に芯も無く、ただただ何も考えず生きてきた方たちだと思います。令和の時代に様々な自己啓発本や講習動画が数え切れないほど出回っているので、この程度の講習なら割高感もあり万人向けでもないと思いました。受講後には内容等は口外しないようにと言われることもネットが普及している時代に沿わない気がします。講師も講習内容もガバナンスもスキームも全体的にというか会社的に昭和感がすごくありまいした。これでは成長は出来ませんね。 The instructor's way of speaking and speaking did not match.
