不安な点や追加したい保障、特約など色々と注文しましたが、ひとつひとつ丁寧に対応して下さり、納得いくまで何度も設計書を出してくださいました。
これは要らない、これは付加して！とあれこれ注文してご迷惑をおかけしましたが、嫌な顔ひとつ見せずお見送りまでとても丁寧にしていただき、心地よく相談ができました。
相談だけでなく、いざ契約するとなった時も、流れ作業のようにせず、ひとつひとつの項目を丁寧に読み上げて分かりやすいよう説明してくださり、安心感がありました。
女性のスタッフが多いようで、男性には言い辛い内容なんかもお話しでき、大変助かりました。
次に相談に行くときは自動車保険の満期の時にお世話になりたいと思っております。

Not only for consultation but also for contracting, I felt reassured by carefully reading each item and explaining it in an easy-to-understand manner, without going through the work flow.
It seems to me that there are many female staff members and I could talk to men about things that are difficult to describe, which was very helpful.
Next time I go to consult, I would like to take care of me when my car insurance expires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふと思いついたものからずっと悩んでいた事までなんでも心置きなく相談できるような雰囲気作りをしてくださってます。対応も早く柔軟でもあり、偏りのない的確なプロとしてのアドバイスをくれます。アフターフォローもしっかりしてくれますし、前回の相談からかなり時間が経っていたのに、快く応じてくれました。こちらは2店舗目の来店となりますが、どちらの店舗も他の同業者さんにはない知識の豊富さと地域密着かつアットホームで、誠実さが備わってると思います。買い物のついでに立ち寄れるのも魅力ですね。
