レンタカーを利用しました。遅めの10時オープン早めの19時閉店が気になりながら、近さとリーズナブルさに1日予約しました。10時の予約で10分前に到着するもスタッフは1人、10時を過ぎてお客は私達だけでした。まず①案内が遅い。渡された書類には、②お願いしていたオプションの追加がなくて、更に時間がかかりました。その後車まで案内されるも、③事前の車両確認が無く、不安ながらも時間がなかったので出発しました。そしたら④ナビが付いてない。直ぐ電話をし、引き返して取り付けてもらいました。それからまた5分、➄ETCが見当たらない。再び電話をしたら、⑥壊れてるんです。言ってませんでしたっけ。申し訳ありませんって。怒ってる時間もないまま今度は更に高速の途中で⑦ナビが突然真っ黒に⑧充電ソケットを見たら先が無い（故障）。考えられない。ありえない。3度目の電話では店長さんに待っててもらうようにお願いをしました。⑨返却時にもやっぱり車両確認はなくて、⑩出て来た店長さんは壊れたナビを持ってきてくれた人でした。その店長さんの判断で、レンタル代は全額返金されました。運が悪かったとは言え、予約をしている以上事前の準備確認で防げた点はたくさんあったはず。個人的ながらお客様のお迎えだった為、多大な損害にもなりました。自分も接客業なので勉強になった事を含め、☆は2つにします。

On the third call, I asked the store manager to wait. There was no vehicle check when returning the bag, and the store manager who came out was the person who brought the broken navigation. At the manager's discretion, the rental fee was fully refunded. Even though I was unlucky, there should have been a lot of things that I could have prevented by pre-checking as long as I made a reservation. Although it was a personal pick-up, it caused a lot of damage. Since I am also a customer service, I will make 2 ☆ including my study.
