平荘ダムは複数のダムで貯水池を囲う構成
第1ダムには、下流側の堤体にソーラーパネルが並んでいて、端には余水吐がありました。
天端は歩行者は通れるようになっており、ランニングされてる人もいらっしゃいました。
平荘ダムのダムカードは、加古川工業用水道管理所で頂くことができました。
配布時間は9:00～17:30（土・日・祝祭日・年末年始は除く）とのことで、基本は平日のみ。
※権現ダムのダムカードも同じ場所で頂けるので、ダムを見てから訪問されるのをおすすめします。

In the first dam, solar panels were lined up on the downstream embankment, and there was a spillway at the end.
Pedestrians can pass through the top, and some people are running.
The dam card for Heiso Dam was available at the Kakogawa Industrial Waterworks Management Office.
The distribution time is from 9:00 to 17:30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), and basically only on weekdays.
* You can also get the dam card of Gongen Dam at the same place, so it is recommended to visit after seeing the dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 権現ダムより少し小さいですが、それでも十分な大きさ 周回路があります。東側は普通の道路を走った方が走りやすいと思います
It is a little smaller than the Gongen Dam, but it still has a sufficiently large circuit. I think it's easier to drive on a normal road on the east side
