★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年くらい前だったか、ちょっとだけ通ってました。会費がアホみたいに安いことはいいですが、基本自主練主体です。自分で黙々と出来る人ならいいんでしょうが…指導者もいないですし、ミットとかの練習も一緒にやってくれる人を探して協力してやるって感じです。地元感が強く、そういうのが煩わしい人は向かないです。都心部にある月一万円くらいのトレーナーのいる普通のジム、ちゃんとしたとこが無難です。
 It was about 5 years ago, I went there for a while. It's nice that the membership fee is as cheap as a fool, but it's basically a voluntary training. It would be nice if someone could do it silently on their own, but ... I don't have a leader, and I feel like I'm looking for someone who can practice mitts and so on. It is not suitable for people who have a strong sense of locality and are bothered by such things. It's safe to have a proper gym in the city center with a trainer for about 10,000 yen a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, everyone, give this gym a try. My friend and I (both of us are foreigners) were watching the studio members practice from outside when one of the teachers motioned to us to come in. The instructors had us put on a pair of gloves and join everyone---I was impressed by the kind and welcoming reception. I was especially grateful for their patience with our very poor Japanese skills and novice boxing abilities. What a great experience and a great workout. I hope to be back soon!
