I did not know that there was such a plaza even though I attended the favorite Nagoya Port Aquarium. This is what I did. You can spend your time relaxing on the lawn as well as walking the penguins. (2019_09_19)

天気がいい日はお弁当を持ってご飯を食べたりすることが出来るようです。
小さな売店もあり、お手洗いもありました。
お手洗い横には喫煙所があります。
椅子は少しあり、屋根はあまりありません。
A plaza at the back of the Shachi Studio in the North Building on the 2nd floor of the Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium.
It seems that you can eat rice with your lunch when the weather is nice.
There was also a small shop and a restroom.
There is a smoking area next to the restroom.
There are a few chairs and not many roofs.
