★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産屋を４件まわってやっと神戸賃貸家さんにいい物件を見つけていただきました。無理な条件を提示していたのですが必死に交渉までしていただき家賃・礼金ともにさげていただきました。営業の方の接客も丁寧で友人も紹介し、友人も納得のお部屋をさがしてもらったと感謝していました。
After going around 4 real estate agents, Kobe rental house finally found a good property. Although we presented unreasonable conditions, we negotiated desperately and gave us both rent and key money. The customer service of the sales person was also polite and introduced my friend, and I was grateful that the friend also looked for a convincing room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸の内見で案内してもらいました。店舗に行くと詳しい話を聞いてもらえず、あらかじめ伝えていた物件の資料しか出してもらえず近い条件で検索もしてくれず、車でもほとんど無言で案内されて非常に不愉快でした。家賃が安いから仲介手数料も安くなるので適当な案内されたのかもしれません

HPに掲載してる情報もでたらめで、案内できると言われて行ったのに家賃も違い、内装も全くの別物の部屋でした。
その物件を目当てにわざわざ行ったのに・・・
全く信用できないので、他の物件も紹介してもらわずに帰りました。
みなさん気をつけてください。
