小	小池伸明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サムギョプサル最高。生産者様が精根込めて育てた綺麗な豚肉を、熱した鉄板の上で、鋏でチョキチョキとお店の方が切って下さる時に、ワクワクが止まりません。丁度良く焼けたら、まずは何もつけず、豚肉の本来の味を。食べ頃はマスターが教えて下さいますが、本当に甘味があって美味しいです。次はお好みで、味噌、ネギ、豚肉をサンチュで巻いて。男前の生ビール（1Lの生ビール）というメニューがありますが、どんどん進んでしまいます。また、韓国のり、チーズ、キムチなど、味変トッピングも豊富。食べ終わってしまった時に、もう一回最初からやり直したいと思ってしまいます。サムギョプサル1人前1700円程度。他にもラーメンや石焼ビビンパなど締めのメニューもありますが、比較的お安く、美味しくいただけると思います。定期的に食べたくなる、そんなお店です。 Samgyeopsal is the best.
