管理会社が大和エステートというところなのだが、説明も足りないし対応が本当に悪い。
電子ロックが暗証番号で開くという重要な説明は一切なく、緊急で連絡しても担当者がそれを知らない。
また、初期番号が部屋番号であり、セキュリティ的にどうなんだと言いたくなる。
大和グループ自体がそもそも日本で古くからあるくせにどこの業界でもトップを取れないイマイチなグループなのだがエステートグループは輪をかけてひどい。
値段が高い割にここまでひどいのは本当に残念。
