★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレがとにかく臭い。眺めはいい。ここのトイレにいくなら車で数分のセブンイレブンにいったほうがいい。
 The toilet smells anyway. The view is good. If you want to go to the bathroom here, you should drive to Seven-Eleven for a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海を見下ろせる駐車場。7台ほど駐められる。トイレは汚いが、海の眺めはかなりいい。
Parking lot overlooking the sea. About 7 cars are parked. The toilets are dirty, but the sea view is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6国をいわき方面から走ってきたら丁度良いところにありました。トイレもあり一息。景色もよく、海を眺めながらの休憩には最高のロケーションです。バイクの皆さんも多数いて賑わっていました。入り易く出るときも信号に従って出やすい所でした。勿論景色もよく写真撮影には良いかと思います。
It was just right if I ran 6 countries from Iwaki. There is a toilet and you can take a break. The scenery is good and it is the best location for a break while looking at the sea. There were lots of motorcycles. Even when it was easy to enter, it was easy to get out according to the signal. Of course, the scenery is good and I think it's good for photography.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく見晴らしがいい。
トイレはいかにも公衆トイレで綺麗とは言えない。
日立市の案内図、屋根付きの休憩所、灰皿、公衆電話がひと通りあり、夏以外はお昼寝スポットとしてありかもしれない。
ただし、横の通りはまぁまぁ交通量が多いので静かではない。
The view is very good.
The toilet is a public toilet and cannot be said to be clean.
There is a guide map of Hitachi City, a covered rest area, an ashtray, and a pay phone, so it may be a nap spot except in the summer.
However, the side street is not quiet because there is a lot of traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼下に海が広がっており、とても良い景色です。駐車場も完備されているが、台数が少ないのでピーク時には、すぐ満車になりそう。帰る時は信号機のある交差点から出るので、両方向心配せずに出られます。
また、ひたちなか方面に少し歩くと(2、3分)海岸側の道路に降りれるので、気分転換に良かった。(海岸側の道路の写真を付けます)
The sea spreads out below you and it is a very nice view. There is also a parking lot, but the number is small, so it is likely to fill up quickly during peak hours. When you return, you will exit from the intersection with a traffic light, so you can exit without worrying about both directions.
Also, if you walk a little toward Hitachinaka (a few minutes), you can get off at the road on the coast side, which was good for a change of pace. (A photo of the road on the coast side is attached)
