★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日のランチタイムに夫婦で参りました。リーズナブルなお値段で美味しいしゃぶしゃぶが頂けます。お肉も美味しいですが、お野菜と最後のラーメンも美味しく頂けます。しかし、セルシーの地下にお店が有るので、周辺のお店のほとんどが閉店撤退しているので、お店に辿り着くまで分かりにくいです。

The meat is delicious, but the vegetables and the final ramen are also delicious. However, since there are shops in the basement of Selcy, most of the shops in the area are closed and withdrawn, so it is difficult to understand until you reach the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で一番大好きなお店！マスターはソムリエの資格を持っていて、辛口で美味しいものを！と曖昧なオーダーをしてもその日一番美味しい、お肉に合うワインを出してくださいます。最後の締めは中華麺か雑炊で選べる(追加料金)のですが、毎回どっちにしようかギリギリまで迷ってしまうくらい美味しいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう、子供の頃から通って20年程になります。ここは、お野菜もたくさんとれていいです！なんといっても自家製の胡麻ダレがとっても美味しくてやみつきになります。上和牛ロースをいつも食べています。オススメです。タレ両方で＋100円、お昼はラーメンもセットでついてきます！

〆の中華そばと雑炊が特に美味しかったので是非おすすめです。

ひとりしゃぶしゃぶが楽しめる しゃぶ亭 に訪問です。
しゃぶ亭 と書いて、しゃぶちん と読むそうです。
大阪で初めてしゃぶしゃぶをひとり鍋スタイルで提供したお店で、かなり歴史のあるお店とのこと。
あべのハルカスにも直営2号店があるそうです。
店内は丸いカウンターで厨房を囲むようになっています。
ランチメニューから、豚と牛の両方楽しめるミックス定食1,120円をオーダーです。
オーダーが入ると、すぐさまスライサーでお肉をスライス。
すぐに提供されます。
野菜も結構豊富で、シメの中華麺までついてます。
ササっとお肉をしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます。
柔らか〜〜い?
ネギ、ニンニク、辛味噌、一味など薬味が豊富なのもいいですね。
ニンニク入れたら旨さ倍増(*´艸`*)
ご飯もモリモリ進みますが、おかわり自由なのも嬉しいところです。
シメの麺は、鍋に麺を投入してから、卓上の砂時計で３分茹でて出来上がり。
専用の濃縮醤油ダレを鍋の中のお湯で薄めて完成です。
これはかなり満足度高いしゃぶしゃぶランチです(*´艸`*)

Shime noodles are prepared by putting the noodles in a pan and boiling them for 3 minutes with a table hourglass.
It is completed by diluting the dedicated concentrated soy sauce sauce with hot water in a pan.
This is a very satisfying shabu-shabu lunch (* '艸 `*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒毛和牛と白金豚のランチ￥1900を頂きましたが、お肉がどれも薄すぎて物足りなく感じました。
あれなら豚バラ定食￥1010にお肉追加￥590したほうが満足感あるかなと思いました。それとご飯が硬くてパサパサでした。
他は問題ありませんでした。
I had a lunch of Japanese black beef and platinum pork for ¥ 1900, but all the meat was too thin and I felt unsatisfactory.
In that case, I thought it would be more satisfying to add meat for ¥ 590 to the pork rose set meal for ¥ 1010. Also, the rice was hard and dry.
Others were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでよく利用しています。ランチはご飯のおかわり自由。お肉のお代わりはお代金が発生しますが可能です。 数種類の豚と牛のお肉が選択できて、お野菜もたくさんの種類が盛り付けられています。自分ではなかなかしゃぶしゃぶで選ばないような野菜が、食べてみたらとても美味しかったりするので新鮮ですよ。自家製でしょうか？出汁を取った後の昆布の佃煮？ポン酢漬けかな？それに締めのラーメン付いています。ビール片手に、お休みの日は最高です❤︎ ごまだれもポン酢もいいお味。薬味のネギまで柔らかくて◎

肉も数種類選べるが色々食べた結果「豚バラ」が結局1番安くて美味い。
あと特筆すべきは胡麻ダレ。
これにニンニクとネギ入れたら完璧。
ネギもニンニクも新鮮でホンマ美味しい。
ポン酢も柑橘が効いて美味しいので「豆腐」や「カボチャ」等はポン酢、肉や白菜は胡麻ダレと使い分けできるのもありがたい。
〆のラーメンを自分で作って食べるのも楽しいし美味しい。
いつもバラ肉2枚残して焼豚代わりに。
ほんでニンニクとネギ入れたら完璧。
今回は「胡麻ダレ」をお持ち帰り。
お家でもこの胡麻ダレを堪能できるのはありがたい。
千里中央がどんどんと変わって行く中、いつまでも頑張って欲しいお店です。
