★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年 2月下旬、面接に行きました。
私は、シフトが選べるパートの保育士で応募しました。
面接時…園長は採用する前提で、話をしてくれてました。本部に報告してから、10日後を目安に連絡すると言ってました。でも約１ヶ月経っても連絡ないから、問い合わせしました。
私自身…連絡ない時点で、不採用だと思いました。不採用でも連絡しないのは、責任者としてどうなんだろうか？
今まで面接に行った保育園の採否連絡は、遅くても7日〜10日以内に連絡ありました。
大正ゆめの樹保育園は、2019年 4月に開園した保育園らしいが…この保育園で就職はしないほうが良いです。面接の採否連絡ないです。
2022年 3月25日時点で、私が応募した求人含め…正社員・契約社員・パートの求人 まだ募集してました。

I have been informed of the acceptance or rejection of the nursery school that I have been interviewing within 7 to 10 days at the latest.
Taisho Yume no Ki Nursery seems to be a nursery school that opened in April 2019, but it is better not to get a job at this nursery school. I will not contact you to accept or reject the interview.
As of March 25, 2022, including the jobs I applied for ... Permanent employees, contract employees, and part-time jobs are still being recruited.
