★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳が止まらず見てもらいましたが、喘息ではない副鼻腔炎の可能性があるので耳鼻科に行ってと言われました。耳鼻科行ったら副鼻腔炎ではなく喘息の可能性が高いと言われ薬をもらいました。喘息の薬で咳は治まりました。
呼吸器内科での診察としては酷すぎるしお金返して欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPの「初診の方へ」のページにこそ、「現在、初診の受付は困難だから電話して」という旨の文を載せるべきだと思う
お知らせ/NEWS(HPトップ)の「2021/5/15初診の方へ」にだけその旨を載せていたが、その古い日時のせいでわざわざスクロールしないと見えなくなっていた
折角足を運んだのに受診して頂けないのなら、一層初診は完全予約制にすべきだと思う

Information / NEWS (HP top) only mentions that in "2021/5/15 for first-time visits", but due to the old date and time, it disappeared unless I bothered to scroll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用した際は、いろいろなアドバイス等頂き、親切に対応して下さってとてもよかったです。
その後、こちらの求人に応募させて頂くことがあり、面接したときにいつも見て下さる男性の院長と私は初めて見た女性の看護師の方がいらしたのですが、女性の看護師の方は終始態度が悪かったです。
質問をしてきたのに、こちらが答えているときに顔を見ない（ずっと履歴書見てる）
普段もそうなのかは、診療の際はお見かけしたことないのでわかりませんが
帰るときも、受付の方に案内等して頂きお世話になったので、一言ありがとうございましたと伝えると、その看護師の方はバカにしたかのような笑いをみせ、気分が悪かったです。
採用にならなくて、心底ほっとしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳の症状があり診察してもらおうと思いホームページを見て、電話をかけ問い合わせてから行こうと思ったが繋がらない。7回も電話したのにつながらなかったので直接行ってみたら、本日はお受けすることが困難となっております。他の病院をあたってくださいといわれました。ご来院前にお電話しましたか？と聞かれました。その言い方だとこっちが電話で問い合わせず直接来たのが悪いみたいな態度ですよね？こちらは事前に7回も電話してますよ。繋がらないから直接来たらなにその言い方。だったら完全予約制にしてください。

HPにはその事は何も記載していません。念のため電話で確認したら診てくれないそうです。
初診でそのまま行った小児もその場で返すのでしょうか？HPで確認して行く方が多い時代ですのでその点ちゃんと記載したほうが良いですよ。

そのことを話すと受付で営業時間内なら対応して下さるとのことで、心地よく対応して下さいました。
今度行きつけでの病院ではなくこっちにも行ってみようと思います。
