★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福祉関係を,主にしている場所ですが、委託企業の社会福祉協議会が、ほとんど、しきっているような感じですが、社員の方々は、天下りが多く、上から目線の方が多いです。役所から、委託されている業者の筈です。元、役所職員だから偉いわけでは、ないと思います！中には、とても良い感じの方もいます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年働いている職員が上で牛耳っているので古い考えの押し付けが酷く若者はすぐ辞めてしまいます。他人のプライベートに干渉してきたり有る事無い事すぐ噂にしたり、責任転嫁も酷いです。出来ない職員のことをすぐ悪く言って除け者にするのも日常茶飯事。利用者への対応はまずまずかもしれませんがこちらで働くのはオススメしません。
Since the staff who have been working for many years dominate the above, the imposition of old ideas is terrible and young people will soon quit. It is terrible to make a rumor that there is no such thing as interfering with the private life of others, and to pass on the responsibility. It is a daily occurrence to immediately say bad things about the staff who cannot do it and make them evasive. It may be reasonable to deal with users, but I do not recommend working here.
