★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんな所で戊辰戦争に関わる石碑や慰霊碑などを見ましたが…本当にいろんな土地で戦いがあり、たくさんの人の命が失われたんだなぁと思います?
今日(2021.11.30)はお天気も良く、この記念碑の前にある五十嵐川は穏やかで、遠くには少し雪を被った山並みが見えて…平和な風景でした✨1868年の夏にこの五十嵐川を挟んで戦いがあったなんて…想像も出来ません? この地では西郷隆盛の弟さんが亡くなったそうです✋

The weather was fine today (November 30, 2021), the Ikarashi River in front of this monument was calm, and I could see a mountain range covered with snow in the distance ... It was a peaceful landscape ✨ This Ikarashi in the summer of 1868 I can't imagine there was a battle across the river ? It seems that Saigo Takamori's younger brother died here ✋
