★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハマサイトとは、浜松町駅の北口にある汐留ビルディングと汐留芝離宮ビルディングの２つの建物から成る再開発区域で、大規模再開発の汐留シオサイト内に位置する。２つのビル内にはマンション、オフィス、商業施設などが入っている。
2008年1月、汐留シオサイト最後の開発として完成した汐留ビルディングには、1階〜2階にレストラン街があり、この2フロアを「ハマサイトグルメ」としている。全国の名物料理や、ドイツ、イタリア、インド、韓国、台湾など国際色に溢れる約20店のレストランを中心にクリニックやコンビニエンスストアなどが軒を並べています。
汐留芝離宮ビルディングには、英会話のベルリッツやスポーツジムのゴールドジム、カフェドクリエ、セブンイレブン、居酒屋、歯科医院などが入っています。
 Hamasite is a redevelopment area consisting of two buildings, the Shiodome Building and the Shiodome Shiba Rikyu Building, located at the north exit of Hamamatsucho Station, and is located within the large-scale redevelopment Shiodome Siosite. The two buildings contain condominiums, offices, and commercial facilities.
The Shiodome Building, which was completed as the last development of Shiodome Siosite in January 2008, has a restaurant area on the first and second floors, and these two floors are called "Hamasite Gourmet". Clinics and convenience stores are lined up centering on about 20 restaurants full of international cuisine such as German, Italian, Indian, Korean and Taiwanese specialties.
The Shiodome Shiba Rikyu Building includes Berlitz for English conversation, Gold Gym for sports gym, Cafe de Clie, Seven-Eleven, Izakaya, and dental clinic.
