一人でさばいているので客が多いときは遠慮しちゃいます。
たまに昼間にやってないことがあり、行こうと思ってのれんが出てないと残念な気持ちになります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何処かの口コミで「餃子に八角を使っている」とあったのでトライ。「う～ん、八角?」って感じ。でも美味しかったです。私の大好きな北浦和・娘々のに ちょっと似てる (￣▽￣)
ちなみにお店のご主人に聞いたら八角は使ってないそうです。でも、まぁ使っててもレシピは秘密かな?! (^_^;)
Somewhere in the word of mouth, "I'm using star anise for dumplings", so I tried it. It feels like "Hmm, star anise?" but it was delicious. A little like my favorite Kitaurawa and daughters (￣ ▽ ￣)
By the way, when I asked the owner of the shop, he didn't use star anise. But is the recipe a secret even if I use it ?! (^ _ ^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間より早く着いてしまい、お店の前で開店まで少し待ちました。
店主の方はお花を大事にされているようで、お店の周りの植物に水をあげてましたね。
で、開店まで中で待つように促され、暫く店内をキョロキョロ。
２人掛けのテーブル席が２つと、カウンターに５人くらい座れるスペースがありました。
注文したのは、ネギチャーシュー麺（塩）と餡掛けかた焼きそば、餃子です。
ネギチャーシュー麺はほんのり柚子？の香りがあり、チャーシューも柔らかく味もしみていて美味しかったですね。
かた焼きそばは、カリカリに揚げた麺が抜群。少し餡掛けが足りない気がしましたが、でも酢を掛けて食べました。
これも美味しかったです。
ここも再訪したいお店です。
I arrived earlier than the opening time and waited for a while in front of the store.
The shop owner seems to take good care of the flowers, so he watered the plants around the shop.
Then, I was urged to wait inside until the store opened, and I wandered around the store for a while.
There were two table seats for two and a space for about five people at the counter.
I ordered green onion pork noodles (salt), ankake fried noodles, and dumplings.
Is the green onion pork noodles slightly yuzu? The char siu was soft and tasty, and it was delicious.
Katayakisoba is excellent at crispy fried noodles. I felt that I didn't have enough ankake, but I ate it with vinegar.
This was also delicious.
This is also a shop I would like to visit again.
