協力といいながら何も言わずの強制で残業押し付け、定時から残業開始の間に休憩なしとかいう非常識がまかりとおってるのもあるせいか、求人かけても日本人はあまり来ないようです、いても外国籍の方が非常に多いです。やたら上から目線の中国人もいるので、人間関係のトラブルは多いかもしれませんね。
