正直、止めてほしい。
それ以外は、いいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 係員の対応があり得ないほどに酷かった。クロスバイクを駐めようとしたところ「スタンドがないものはお断りだよ」とぶっきらぼうに言われました。(スタンドは付けてました) 他にも定期券の購入方法について質問したところ露骨に面倒くさそうな態度を示しました。震災雇用で臨時に雇った係員なのかも知れませんが非常に不快です。二度と利用しません。

When I asked about how to purchase a commuter pass, I showed an open-minded attitude. It may be a temporary worker who was hired by the earthquake, but it is very uncomfortable. Never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここをクルーザーバイクで利用しようとしたらカスタム一切してないのにスロープの段差で下を擦った。
ようやく地下まで来たと思ったらスペースが狭すぎる。
ノーマルのバイクでまともに利用できないなんてありえない。高すぎる税金払ってんだから改善してほしい。

バイクを停めようとしたら、「そんな大きい荷物積んだバイク、他のお客さんの迷惑だよ！！」って怒鳴られた。
「ダメなんですか？」って訊いたら「いや、ダメじゃないけどさぁ…。」だそうです。無言で退出しました。
他にも、自転車にきちんと券を貼ったのに、貼ってないとイチャモンつけられたり、もう散々です。
仕事でどんな嫌な事があったか知りませんが、その鬱憤を利用客にぶつけるのはやめてくださいよ。

ついでにトイレ臭ぇから掃除しといて

なので10円玉を用意しておくと便利です。
券売機は2台設置してあります。
駐輪場から地下道に直結しているのであおば通駅まで雨に濡れる事なく行けるので立地がいいです。
とても広いので自転車を止めれなかったという事は一度もありません。
