葭	葭俊介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際に住んでいてマンションの人たちが挨拶をしてくれたり気持ちが良くて、部屋やエントランスに関してもとても清潔感があり、お洒落な仕上がりになっていると思います！ファミリー向けの施設が利用しやすくなっており、マンション内にキッズルームやパーティルームがあり、マンション付近に小中学校があるなど駅近でもあり立地も文句無いものとなっています！ただひとつだけ改善できるもので改善しても良いのでは？と思うものがインターネット回線です。世帯数も多い＋コロナ禍で感じたものですがとにかく回線の混み合いが多くて回線そのものがあまり強くない！さらにJ:COMの回線をマンションが契約している事でNetflixやAmazon primeなどが見放題なのはとても良い機能だが、肝心の回線の混み合い＋回線が弱いだと視聴中の途中停止は当たり前になってしまい満足に視聴できるまでに至らないです！大型マンションゆえ回線の混み合いはある程度理解できて仕方のない事だが、それなら回線速度の速いnuroなどを取り入れる事で回線が混み合った状態でも速い速度を維持しやすいのでは？と思いました！コロナ禍が落ち着く事でテレワークや家にいる時間が減るので混み合いも多少は落ち着くと思いますが将来的に見ても速い回線速度を維持するための措置に関しては対策を取るべきだとかんじました！ The people in the condominium who actually lived in the apartment made me feel good, and the room and entrance were very clean, and I think it was a fashionable finish! I haven't been able to watch it satisfactorily! Since it is a large condominium, it is unavoidable to understand the line congestion to some extent, but if that is the case, it may be easier to maintain a high speed even when the line is congested by incorporating nuro, which has a high line speed. I thought! I think that the congestion will be a little lessened because the teleworking and the time spent at home will be reduced as the corona stagnation calms down, but I think that measures should be taken for measures to maintain a high line speed in the future.
