"プラウドシティ"という名前からわかるように野村不動産によるプロジェクトです。
純粋な"プラウド"ではないため、比較的購入しやすい価格帯での提供でした。
敷地内には"プラウドシティ塚口マークフロント"があり、こちらは塚口駅直結ですが、マークフォレストは至近距離ではあるものの外を歩く必要があります。
しかしながらバスやタクシーの停留所を兼ねた屋根のある歩道が確保されているので傘要らずでマンション内に移動できる点は便利です。
大規模マンションなので共有設備はかなり充実しているのに加えて敷地内には商業施設の展開もあるので生活する上での利便性はかなり高いと言えます。

ベランダでの喫煙は禁止?、更に最近はコロナに関連させて部屋の中でのタバコが換気扇などから近隣の迷惑になっているとの張り紙までエレベーター前に掲示している程、なんだかんだ馬鹿みたく細かいことを常に新たに禁じて行くクソ煩い面倒な集合住宅。
Despite being low-priced, the shared area is quite fulfilling because there are many households in the common area.
Smoking on the balcony is banned ?, and more recently I posted something like a corridor in front of the elevator with cigarettes in the room from ventilation fans etc. A messy and annoying apartment house that always forbids small details.
