★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の相手が誰かも確認せずにいきなり要件を話します。プライバシーポリシーというものが理解できていない会社です。契約自体もろくに記載内容の確認をせずに行っています。クレームを入れると代表者を名乗る人物が「なら、今後は連絡をしません。嫌なら他へ移ってください」と開き直られました。もちろん、電話をしてきた担当者からの謝罪もありません。
利用者の身内に対して、この発言はないです。連絡を取らないことで困るのは利用者なのに、平然とこのような発言ができることが信じられません。ホスピタリティが欠落していると感じました。
Suddenly talk about the requirements without asking who the caller is. It's a company that doesn't understand the privacy policy. The contract itself is fragile without confirming the contents. When I made a complaint, the person who gave himself the name of the representative reopened, saying, "If so, I will not contact you in the future. If you do not like it, please move to another place." Of course, there is no apology from the person who called.
There is no such statement to the relatives of the user. It is unbelievable that users can make such statements in a straightforward manner, even though it is the users who are troubled by not contacting them. I felt that hospitality was lacking.
