★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身体障がい者の働く場。身体障がい者用のトイレやバリアフリー、技能スキルなど大変充実しているがあくまでも障がい者への合理的配慮やスキルは身体障がい者に限定されがち。精神障がい者に対する合理的配慮は著しく乏しく、技能訓練も仕事らしい仕事もなく戦力外。精神障がい者は「みかげ」というレクリエーション施設へ追い出され、病気や通院に対する理解は皆無。精神障がい者の部署でのスタッフの移動や引っ越しも激しく、元来環境の変化に敏感な精神がい者に対する合理的配慮のなさなど障がい者間格差、棲み分け?という差別化がある。彼らに必要なのは「心のバリアフリー」かもしれない。真面目に働きたい精神障がい者にはミスマッチでおすすめできない。
